The submersible sewage pump is manufactured as
per CJ/T 472-2015 Submersible sewage pump. It is of a lower pump
structure, with two sets of independent bulk mechanical seals, a
wear-resistant silicon carbide grinding block, a stainless steel
rotating shaft, standard stainless steel exposed parts and
10m long
cables. It is mainly used on the operation surface and can ensure
complete drainage. The outlet is provided with the flange for the
purpose of automatic butt joint of the automatic coupling device in
the sewage treatment environment usually in the fixed installation
condition; for the pump with a power less than
22kW, the
outlet is also configured with the standard pipe connector for the
purpose of flexible pipe connection mainly in the mobile
installation condition. The double-channel unblocked impeller with
good sewage pumping and discharge capacities is installed. For the
pump with a power greater than 30kW,
built-in protection devices for water and oil leakage, overload,
overtemperature, etc. are provided, and automatic electric pump
startup and shutdown can be achieved via the external control
cabinet.
Product use
It is mainly used for round-the-clock
unattended sewage stations and water supply & discharge
projects requiring the automatic coupling installation. In
addition, it can be applied to drainage for civil air defense
projects, drainage for urban/township sewage treatment plants,
pumping and discharge of sewage from industrial and mining
enterprises, discharge of muddy water on the civil engineering
sites, water supply, discharge and sprinkling irrigation for small
farmland and gardens, discharge of wastewater in rural biogas
digesters ,cesspits and livestock breeding places, urban sanitation
sewage treatment, pumping and discharge of slurry water,
etc.;

outlet of the electric pump shall not be greater than the rated
value (i.e. the pump shall be used within the specified lift
range);
2 The submergence
depth shall not exceed 5m, otherwise, it shall be stated when the
order is placed;
3 The water
temperature shall not exceed +
40°C;
4 The pH valve
shall be 5 ~ 9;
5 Rated voltage:
380V or
660V,
with a permissible fluctuation of ± 10%; frequency:
50Hz;
6 Volume ratio of
solid-phase matters in the fluid: < 2%, kinematic viscosity:
7×10-7 ~ 23×10-6 m2/s, max. density: 1.2 × 103 kg/m3.
