1) Buyer issues LOI
2) Seller issues proforma and sign it
3) Seller and buyer sign contract
4) Buyers bank send SBLC to sellers bank;
5) Seller send goods to buyer and make the CIQ test for the
buyer.
6) Seller send all documents to Buyers bank, then buyer
pay the money and take the
documents
7) Seller send all original documents to pick up the goods at
port.
