Lab flotation machine provides flotation of minor ore samples in labs of geological,metallurgical,chemical and other industries. It is the best choice for you to do test the mine recovery and composit on your begining stage before mass mining plant.
Working principle

Before operation, check whether the main shaft turns clockwise. If not, then change phase sequenceof the power source to make the motor turns clockwise before operation.

Mix mineral samples and water and then pour them into the cell. Start up the motor to drive the main shaft for rotation. Theimpellerwill agitate in the cell. Then open the valve for airinflationand add chemical agent to form foams. Turn on switch of the scraper motor for rotation of the

scraper to scrape foams out of the cell. A box is set on the working table to receive foams. Minerals needed can be obtained after processing of the foams.
