PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:
Micro hardness tester is a new model that R&D by ourselves, we used  the imported components to ensure the equipment running more stable and applied the lifting system protected by the state owned patent, the updated control system can provide more measured data and can be more comprehensive &precision when control ; The new model is a new high-tech product which combined light, machine, electronic within model, it has high performance and widely used in the field of quality inspection and quality control.

MAIN FEATURES:
1. Main components adopt famous brands like American 3M, Allegro and Japanese NKK, Omron etc. to ensure the equipment running stably for a long time.
2. The independent R&D of lifting system can make focusing easily and make lifting more stable, the special enrolling position system can locate repeat so that more accurate ,it makes the whole testing process in accuracy and repeatability .
3. The optical system designed by senior optical engineer not only meet the definition requirements of hardness testing ,but also can be used as a simple microscope, the brightness is adjustable, it is clear and comfortable for image and vision whats more ,its not easy tired for long time operation.
4. This machine has both functions of the Vickers hardness tester and Knoop hardness tester , can be carried out from HV0.2 to HV5 hardness test,  through inputting the indentation diagonal length , the hardness value can be showed directly that avoid the cumbersome of look-up the table.
5. Industry LCD screen can visually to display the hardness value, conversion hardness, testing method, test force, dwell time ,times of measurement, test process is intuitive and clear; The times of measurement ,hardness value, average value, maximum value, minimum value, etc. can be printed by the inner printer for the customers to file.
6. It can edit and keep the measured data in computer by transfer the data from main engine through RS**2 USB.
7. The machine shell is made by cast aluminum, stable structure and it is not easy to be out of shape.
8. We are able to research &develop &design &produce independently, we also provide accessories replacement and maintain upgrade services for life-time.for all machines.
