Double belt conveyor is moved up and down by
electric precision lead screw,whose thickness adjusted on line
during operation in the precision of 0.1mm, in order to prevent it
from rusting, its scraping belt is in anti-corrosive high-srength
alloy steel processing. The surface roughness should be less than
Ra1.6. The flatness of adjacent chain plate is controlled within
0.*5mm.
Cross Cutting, the band saw is adopted to
realized two-way cross cutting. The rotary saw is equipped at the
front end,which can achieve two-way cutting for roof
panel.
Cooling machine, in order to prevent the
deformation due to the production heat, the panels,after cutting,
will be placed vertically for natural
cooling
Staker, it consists of turnover
mechanism,vacuum cup and tansmission belt, the turnover mechanism
make a **0 degree turnover of the roof
