Lignite dryer Technology:
In the past, centrifugal mechanical dehydration was used in the

The main features of the lignite dryer are:
1. The lignite dryer has strong anti overload capacity, large
amount of treatment, less fuel consumption and low drying
cost.
2, adopt the downstream drying method, the flue gas and wet
material will enter the dryer from the same side, which can use
high temperature flue gas to achieve high evaporation intensity,
and the outlet temperature of dryer is low, and the thermal
efficiency is high.
3, the operation parameters can be changed according to the
properties of different materials, so that the material can form a
stable full broken fabric curtain in the dryer barrel, and the mass
heat exchange is more sufficient.
4. The new feeding and discharging device eliminates the phenomenon
of block, discontinuity, unevenness and return of the drum dryer,
and reduces the load of the dust removal system.
5, the new internal structure strengthens the cleaning and heat
conduction of the dispersed material, eliminates the sticking
phenomenon of the inner wall of the cylinder, and is more adaptable
to the moisture and viscosity of the material.
6, the lignite dryer realizes the "zero horizontal thrust", which
greatly reduces the wear of the retaining wheel, and the cylinder
is running smoothly and reliably.
7, the lignite drying machine adopts the "aligning type supporting
wheel device", so that the matching between the supporting wheel
and the rolling ring is always linear contact, thereby greatly
reducing the wear and power loss.
8, the grain size and moisture can be controlled according to the
requirements of the user. The moisture of the product can be less
than 8% when the slime is dried, and the grain size can be
controlled below 8mm.
