Horizontal single-drum dryer is mainly used for mineral processing, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry drying certain humidity or particle size of the material. Horizontal single-drum dryer mainly by the heat source, break up the device, belt feeder, feeder, rotary drum, belt discharge machine, induced draft fan, unloader and power distribution cabinet. Wet material from the belt conveyor or bucket elevator to the hopper, by the feed port to join. The drum dryer body is a slightly tilted and rotatable cylinder. When the material enters the interior of the cylinder, it is dried by being in contact with the hot air passing through the cylinder either in countercurrent or in contact with the heated wall, and the dried product is discharged from the lower part of the other end. During the drying process, the material moves slowly from high end to low end by gravity with the help of the slow rotation of the cylinder. The inner wall of the cylinder is equipped with a forward copy board, which continuously picks up and sprinkles the material, greatly enhancing the thermal contact surface of the material, increasing the drying rate and promoting the material to move forward.
After the heat carrier (hot air, flue gas) has dried the material, it collects its tape dust through the cyclone dust collector and drains it.

Horizontal single drum dryer performance characteristics:
1. The dryer anti-overload ability, large capacity, less fuel consumption, low cost of drying;
2. The use of downstream drying, flue gas and wet materials from the same side into the dryer can use high-temperature flue gas to obtain high evaporation intensity, dryer outlet temperature is low, high thermal efficiency;
3. According to different material properties change the operating parameters, so that the material in the dryer cylinder can form a stable full-profile material curtain, heat and mass exchange more fully;
4. A new feeding and discharging device to eliminate the drum dryer feed clogging, discontinuous, uneven and return material and other phenomena, reducing the dust removal system load;
5. The internal structure, and strengthen the already scattered material cleaning and heat conduction, eliminating the sticking phenomenon of the inner wall of the cylinder, the material moisture, viscosity more adaptable;
6. Dryer to achieve a "zero level thrust" greatly reduces the wear and tear of the retaining wheel, the cylinder running smoothly and reliably;
7. The dryer adopts "self-aligning roller device" to make the cooperation of roller and rolling ring always linearly contact, thus greatly reducing the wear and loss of power;
8. According to user requirements control product size and moisture, drying the slime product moisture up to 8%, particle size can be controlled below 8mm.
