There are three kinds of sorbitol produced:

solid sorbitol (Liquid sorbitol),

liquid sorbitol (non-crystalline liquid sorbitol), or sorbitol) And liquid sorbitol (crystalline liquid sorbitol, i.e., pharmaceutical grade liquid sorbitol or VC grade liquid sorbitol).
