2.Description

EE LC Stop is an environmentally safe granular polymer which expands up to ******0 times its volume in fresh water and up to *0 times in salt water. Full hydration occurs in approximately ****0 minutes.

3.Applications

EE LC Stop is used to treat lost circulation by filling or sealing fractures during drilling operations. LC Stop can be pre-hydrated and pumped or poured down the rods. Alternatively, it can be spotted into the zone of loss or into a caving section to stabilize the formation.

6.RECOMMENDED TREATMENT

Add   0.3 ¨C 0.5 kg LC Stop to *0 litres in a pail and then pour or pump down the rods with the tube pulled. Pump into place and allow to swell and plug fissures and fractures. Run tube and resume coring. Repeat as often as necessary to obtain fluid returns. Partially hydrated LC Stop can be poured down the annulus to prevent rod chatter and vibration on dry holes. The use of other lost circulation materials in conjunction with LC Stop can be effective especially in larger diameter drilling operations

7. Packaging

EE LC stop is packaged in *5kg woven plastic bags lined. Other packaging method is also available.
