Working theory
During operation, oversprayed powder accumulates on the cartridge filters. As the cartridge filters overload, airflow decreases and the negative pressure rises within the air handler. A timer activates a system of air purging valves that clear the cartridge filters of the accumulated powder to ensure maximum flitter life.
The powder recovery system mainly have two kinds, filter cartridge recovery system and the two-stage recovery system.
Large quantity with single color spray could use filter cartridge recovery system.
Fixed several colors spray use filter cartridge recovery system.
Multi-colors and non-fixed color spray suggest use two-stage recovery system.
Color-sensitive spray suggest use  two-stage recovery system.
