MAIN CHARACTERISTICS  

Glofa Resilient Seated Gate Valve are designed with flat-bottom seat structure, resulting in the impurities and dirties unable to accumulations at the bottoms and make the fluid unobstructed. The valve disc are encapsulated by rubber at inner and outer side by vulcanization technology, enable the disc machined in accurate dimensions, besides, the rubber is tightly connected with the ductile iron disc and uneasy to fall off. The valve body are coated by powder epoxy, preventing the valve body from getting corrosion and rusted, are widely used in sewage system. The valve body are made of ductile iron, not easy to get fractured caused by hit like traditional cast grey iron body. The valve stem is designed by three layer of O-Ring sealing rings, reduce the friction resistance when switching the valve and greatly avoid leaking, at same time the seal ring could be replaced during working.
 

DESIGN ADVANTAGES

The valve internal are coated by non-toxic epoxy resin, the valve disc are encapsulated by rubber at inner and outer surface completely, uneasy to generate rust and corrosion, the type valve may be used for drinking. The valve body is made by precision casting. The precise dimensions enable the valve getting excellent sealing without any machining to the body internals. Glofa resilient seated gate valve are made of ductile iron, the weight is *0~*0% lighter than other types of gate valves, make the type valve easy to install and maintain. The type valve get standard uniform dimensions, with features of better interchangeability. When opening and closing the valve, the valve are not recommended to close so hard, just stop  closing when the water is not flowing through, otherwise it is not easy to open or easy to get rubber stripped.
