The valve stem are designed no needing packing parts or Stuffing Box. The weir type diaphragm valve got simplified structure by composing of body, diaphragm and bonnet only. The valve are easy for fast disassembly and maintenance, and replacement of diaphragm in short time on the site. Since the medium only got contact with the diaphragm and body, the valve body and diaphragm both are available in various of materials to be applicable and suitable for different working conditions, especially for medium with corrosion and abrasion.

DESIGN ADVANTAGES

The Weir Type Diaphragm Valve are designed with unique bonnet that avoid the diaphragm getting over tight and pressed, extend the service life of the diaphragm. There would be no leakage at the middle of the stem like other types of valves. The diaphragm could assure the zero-leakage of the valve. If the diaphragm got broken, the bonnet could provide the secondary sealing and prevent the working medium getting into the air.
