PROCEDURES:

Buyer or his representative will be present in GUINEA to witness the existence of the gold and as well have opportunity to inspect the gold before any shipment could be efectuated. THIS IS OPTIONAL FOR THE BUYER, NOT COMPULSORY.

Upon maximum satisfactory of the gold by the buyer, the both parties (buyer and seller) will join hands together for shipping cost and transport. Government charges, freight, transport will all be 5% (buyer pays 2.5% and also the seller pays 2.5% for the 5% payment cost of all export charges).

The full payment will be made on the buyers nominated country.

Seller will accompany the goods to buyers nominated country.

This Contract ends within a period of *2 months (1 year) and will be renewed once the both parties ("buyer and the seller") agrees in terms.

DOCUMENTS:

Seller must provide the following documents to buyer:

a.) Two originals of Commercial Invoices in favor of the Buyer.

b.) Certificate of Origin and Ownership.

c.) Certificate of analyses.

d.) Certificate of non-criminality. E.) custom clearance certificate.
