APPLIED RANGE

Suitable for all kinds of fabrics caused by sewing machine rust.

PROCESS

1. To remove rust by hand, gloves must be worn to apply therust removal solution to the rusty area. Then scrubbed by hand ormachine washing, and then reduced withsoapingpowder.

2. Machine wash to remove rust, use remove rustsolution **5% aqueous solution, thenput therusted fabric into it, soak or machine wash, but the actual situationis subject to thecustomer requirements, ifinthe case of discoloration, because of the chemical action of acidity, please usesoaping powderfor reduction.

3. If discoloration is found in the fabric during use, please reduce it withsoapingpowder. If the primary color can\'tberestored with soaping powder, please stop using this product immediately, it means that the product has adverse reaction to this kind of fabric.   

Note: This process is for reference only.Atest should be done before production for confirmation and stir well before use.

HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT    

It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.

Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 5°C - *5°C. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than *0% when without use.

Shelf life:  6   months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.

Packing: Plastic barrel at **5 kg / barrel, lined with double layer of PE polybag.
