The tire products include high-speed durable tires for long
distance drive, heavy-duty tires for medium and short distance
drive, wide-base low-profile wet-grip-resistant safe tires,
low-rolling-resistance and low-noise environmental-friendly tires,
puncture-resistant super-strong mining tires, and
high-abrasion-resistant light truck tires, which products have
already been exported to more than 50 countries and regions.
The company owns not only first-class core production equipments,
but also 11 copyrights and patents based on its own independent
research and development, including a "low noise tire pattern" and
the "low rolling resistance, low noise, all-steel, radial wide base
tire". Dadi also takes advantage of cutting-edge technologies, such
as "thermostatic compounding", "tandem mixers", "extruding plates",
"two-stage building" and "high pressure curing".
The products have passed the EU REACH test for environmental
protection; the low rolling-resistance and low-noise tests in
accordance with the EU tire labeling method; the low
rolling-resistance test of SMARTWAY in the U.S.; and the GSO low
rolling-resistance test for the Middle East.
The factory has also gained the following certifications: ISO9001
quality management system, ISO/TS16949 auto industry quality
management system, China Compulsory Certification, ECE (Economic
Commission for Europe) certification for the European Community,
GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) certification for the six Gulf
States, US DOT (Department of Transport) certification for the
U.S.A., and the SMARTWAY standard maintained by the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency. Green tires produced by the
factory have also reached the international advanced level.
