TANK TAKE OVER PROCEDURES

1. Buyer issue ICPO & Company Profile

2. Seller issue MOU (Memorandum Of Understanding).

3. Buyer countersign MOU and return back to seller.

4. Upon the receipt of the countersigned MOU from the buyer, seller emails to buyer the listed documents issued in the name of the initial buyer as stated in the MOU a) Certificate of Product Origin b) Bill of Landing c) Product Passport - Dip Test Report d) E.T.A (Estimated Time of Arrival ) of Vessel e) Cargo Ullage Report f) Tanker Vessel Q*8 g) Invoice for title takeover 5. Upon buyer receipt of the documents, buyer verifies the availability of the product on high sea and make payment within Two (2) banking days for the title takeover which amount to the sum of $ **0,**0.*0 . 6. Upon seller receipt of the title takeover payment, seller transfers the title to the potential buyers company\'s name and also re-issue all other outstanding documents to the potential buyers company\'s name and re-route the vessel to buyer nominated discharge port. 7. Vessel arrives the discharge port and buyer carries out the CIQ/SGS inspection and upon a successful inspection, buyer pays by MT**3 T/T for the full product to the seller. Note: The payment for the title takeover will be deducted from the total product value
