Methyltetrazine-PEG*-Alkyne is a heterobifunctional, terminal
alkyne and methyltetrazine-activated crosslinker. The hydrophilic
polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer arm enhances solubility in organic
solvents as well in aqueous media, provides a long and flexible
connection, and minimizes steric hindrance.
