Below are transactions procedures.
1) Buyer issue ICPO, BCL, passport photo & TSA.
2) Seller issue sales purchase agreement SPA open for amendment
&
counter signed.
3) Seller issue commercial invoice for initial lift to buyer.
4) Buyer\'s nominated bank communicate BCL through MT**9 to
buyer\'s
nominated bank, signed & return commercial invoice.
5) Upon successful verification & approval of buyer\'s TSA,
seller send
Partial proof of product POP documents.
a) commitment to supply
b) statement of product availability.
c) origin certificate of the product
d) product passport/ dip test authorization documents
e) ATV to buyer for nominated logistics company to verify
the
product at the port & to provide buyer with coordinates tank
number
allocations.
6) Seller approved & signed NCNDA/IMFPA form to all
intermediary involved.
7) Buyer at buyer\'s own expenses order SGS to conduct dip test
at
sellers tank upon return of fully completely signed DTA
documents.
8) Upon approval & acceptance of injection schedule &
before
injection, buyer start to transfer payment through MT**3 TT to
seller
nominated beneficiary bank account and seller immediately issue
&
transfer title ownership documents to the buyer.
9) Buyer & seller each simultaneously pay commission to all
intermediaries involved.
*0) END OF TRIAL LIFT TRANSACTION and start of MONTHLY CONTRACT
LIFT PROCEDURES.
*1) Based on sales purchase agreement SPA already signed.seller
issue
pro-former invoice for the total contract lift to cover one
year
transaction.
*2) Buyer instruct the bank to issue standby letter of credit MT**0
to
seller fiduciary beneficiary bank.
*3) Upon receipt of MT**0 seller counter & issue 2% PB,
*4) Continue with the running procedures as well as trial lift.
