Aluminum honeycomb panels are usually made of 1006,3003,5052
grades, and decorative panels are sprayed or rolled. Spraying board
is the best choice for exterior wall panels, and requires more than
three coatings, paint thickness (> 40 um), in order to ensure
the durability of the coating. Aluminum sheet must undergo strict
surface anodic oxidation before painting to ensure adequate coating
adhesion and bonding strength with honeycomb core. The panel
coating should meet the requirements of YS/T429.2-2000.
Aluminum honeycomb panel backboard should be made of the same
material as the panel. The surface should be treated by anodic
oxidation. The surface exposed to air should be coated with
protective coating. The coating material can be polyester, epoxy,
acrylic acid and other materials to prevent damage caused by
long-term exposure in the air.
