VISIOTT Inkjet Serialization Station serializes every single box with thermal inkjet technology (TIJ) in compliance with different global pharmaceutical track and trace regulations such as EU-FMD, Markirovka, DSCSA, ITS etc. The system reads the printed code on the box with an industrial high-speed camera and verifies it according to the ISO ****5 standard. The result of this verification determines whether the box will be verified or rejected. Rejected boxes are removed from the line with a pneumatic piston or air pressure.VISIOTT Inkjet Serialization Station runs with the Line Manager software. It can serialize up to **0 boxes per minute. Its specially designed construction ensures an easy integration with the high-speed lines. The station also verifies the human readable information with OCR/OCV technology.The solution is designed to occupy as minimum space as possible. L2 Line Manager software is specially designed and developed by VISIOTT. It supports work order and product recipe systems in accordance with the industrial dynamics. It is fully integrated with the L3 Plant Manager software.
