SAYAN-UUL.LLC is
an Mongolian meat processing company, has a large modern slaughter
and meat processing plants in Ulaanbaatar, the west and east of
Mongolia.
The Ulaanbaatar plant has cattle and sheep production lines, with
the slaughter and processing capacity of **0 cattle and ***0
sheep per day. The plant has advanced testing equipment, has HACCP
certification, the staff comply with the modern hygiene
specification strictly. We owned HALAL certification, Mongolian
meat export AAA certification, ISO certification.
From
livestock quarantine, slaughter and processing to storage,
transportation and sale, HACCP and HALAL standard are
strictly followed. Our products have been exported to China, Iran,
Jordan, Russia
etc.
Mongolian grassland healthy cattle (**6 years old)
and goat/sheep (**2 years old) are selected for frozen
goat carcass, frozen beef and mutton. They are slaughtered on the
assembly line, boned, and eviscerated by workers and processed
according to customers\' technology, and other
requirements.
