hot
dip zinc coated steel substrate, that is the
galvanized steelis painted before forming, as opposed to
post painting which occurs after forming.

The color coated steel is made by proceeding the chemistry treating
on the surface of steel sheet(zinc plated,aluzinc plated) then
draw(the roller scribbles) the coating, again baking.
