Sinoparking puzzle parking system is semi-automatic parking equipment, also called Lift and Slide car parking equipment or car lift, which is one kind of solution to add car places on the basis of conventional parking.
Technology characteristics:

Operating principle
N(layer quantity)*1 parking spaces left empty, controlled by PLC, the lower layer equipment move horizontally, the upper layer equipment move vertically to lower the upper layer cars to retrieve cars.
 
1.  The main features are as following:
1.1. Drivers park cars on the pallets.
1.2. Motors drive chain or wire rope carrying pallets lifting and sliding.
1.3. Layers except the top layer should remain a vacancy space in one set for upper layers to lift down.
1.4. The structures are simple to install.
2. Main components:
Sinoparking3 layer puzzle parking system is made of steel structure, pallet, transmission parts, electrical parts, control box, operation box and so on.
2.1. Steel structure
2.1.1. Adopt good rigidity H profiled bar structure. There are slant rods between the beams and columns to enhance stability. Surface treatment: Deoiling, Phosphorization, Electrophoresis priming, Powder coating. Good appearance and long life time. Color is optional for different areas of parking equipment.
2.1.2. The equipment is independent, not depending on walls or columns. The structure is simple and firm. All the parts can be installed completely without cutting and welding while installation. No pollution to environment.
2.2. Assembled pattern pallet or galvanized wave pallet
2.2.1. Firm assembled structure, the thickness is 2.5mm/2.0mm. Also it adopts pattern steel to avoid slipping.
2.2.2. Surface: spray painted or galvanized (selected by additional cost), smooth entrance, finished edge and corner.
2.2.3. Every pallet has one or two motors.
2.2.4. There are transmission shaft on the side of pallet, so the pallet slides smoothly withoutderailment.
 
2.3. Transmission parts -Motors and chains
2.3.1. MCN motor from Taiwan, which is specially designed for parking equipment.Lift motor is 3.7Kw and 2.2kw, slide motor is 0.2kw.
2.3.2. The motor has an automatic brake function. When power off, the pallet will be stopped.
2.3.3. Use strong chain and wire rope, with safety protection.
2.3.4. Coefficient of safety of chain is 7 times than car weight allowed.
2.4. Special guide device.
Every car space has two guide pins fixed at the carling.
It can prevent the pallet from shaking when lift up the pallet.
2.5．Slide location
Slide location brake is made with nylon. The switch is set under the pallet. This installation is very safe and different from other manufacturers.
2.6. High strength cable.
We adopt the high strength cable which is durable and can be wringed.
2.7. Electric control system
2.7.1. Every set has one independent control system.
Every set has one programmable logic controller (PLC), Card reader, one control cabinet (IP*5), one set of safety protection elements.
2.7.2. Safety control: electrical security methods.
2.7.3. PLC: Mitsubishi
2.7.4. Relay: Schneider.
2.8. Operation box
Operation box is installed on the front pillar; both ID card and push button are utilized.
 
3. Security methods
3.1. Running warning: When the system is running, there will be alarm with red lamp.
3.2. Emergency stop switch
Every unit has an urgent stop button. When you meet urgent situation, push the stop button, the unit will stop immediately, also it will alarm by sound and light. Before release the alarm, the system would not run.
3.3. Special block device
The special block system prevents the lifting pallet and sliding pallet from hit together.
3.4. Special baffle device
There are baffles to prevent over slide.
3.5. Lift location limit switch and over-lift protection switch
There are limit switches and over-lift protection switches beside transmission parts for lift location. Once the first switch does not work, the over-lift switch works, the system will stop, and alarm by sound and light. It can ensure the safety of cars and the system.
3.6. Photoelectricity sensors
The system will stop if someone enters into equipment area while it is running, and alarm by sound and light.
The system check by sensors and will not start action if the car is over limitation of length or height allowed.
3.7. Safety hooks:
Adopt safety hook installation. When chain is destroyed by accident, the hooks will hook the rings to prevent pallet falling. At the same time the system will alarm by sound and light.
3.8. Loop protection
The system has protection switches for power malfunction, such as lack of phase, reverse-order, short circuit, low voltage, and overload.
3.9. Power off protection
There is mechanical brake for power off by accident.
