Product Description
This machine adopts new high quality steel plate, the channel steel adopts new GB(Hanggan), adopts three steps shift making craftwork, can control the raw material feeding effectively. It is suit for the clay , yellow earth or coal stone which related moisture is *3%, the fine is no more than **0mm. According to the control system, can control the conveyor belt speed; can control the feeding of raw materials, and mix the pug materials and raw material proportionally. Raw materials for making bricks are including clay,shale,coal gangue,fly ash,tailings, construction waste,river mud,life sludge and so on.Chemical composition analysis,physical property and moisture percent of green bricks are essential actors for whether this kind of raw materials is suitable for making bricks or not. And all these will affect the following steps of process planning,equipment matching,kiln structure,bricks quality and so on.
