Final quantity per shipment measured by electronic scale during loading which is B/L weight. Buyer has the right to control the weighing procedure by an independent surveyor nominated by Buyer.
Proof of Funds:We require a POF for the amount of the revolving DCLC for each month or week
Payment:irrevocable, confirmed, revolving, (transferable) Letter of Credit payable 100% at sight of shipping documents in Vienna
Payment by irrevocable, confirmed, (transferable) and revolving  Letter of Credit at sight to be opened from a Prime Bank (accepted by our Bankers) directly to our Bankers, Raiffeisen Zentralbank AG or Raiffeisen Landesbank N?/Wien which has to confirm the L/C, negotiable and 100 % payable in Vienna against the following documents:   
-          Bill of Lading marked "freight prepaid", one original set & 2 non-negotiable exemplars 
-          Signed Commercial Invoice of the seller , one original & 2 copies 
-          Certificate(s) issued by the independent inspector (SGS or similar) in port of loading confirming the quality and weight, one original & 2 copies
 
Fully workable L/C as per the conditions above must show:
-          "about" before quantity and total amount
-          Partial shipments allowed  
-          Add confirmation 
-          Third party documents acceptable
Approx 3.500mt per week can be cut and transported from warehouse to port other sources can be found to meet orders of over 50, 000mt
