Ⅰ.Production Line Introduction 

PC corrugated sheet extrusion line is mainly composed of single screw extruder, T-die, two roll calendar, wave forming unit, take off, cooling roller conveyor, cutting unit, electrical system, etc. 

The line adopts hanger mould, which is convenient to adjust the thickness; Equipped with flexible and safe pneumatic lifting setting unit, the forming is more reliable; The rubber traction roller with the same waveform is used to make the traction stablely;
 

Ⅱ.Product features

1.It can keep stable performance in the temperature range of - *0 ℃ to **0 ℃, without high temperature softening and high cold embrittlement，especially suitable for winter farms in severe cold areas in northern China.
