Brief Introduction of the Vacuum Drying Oven
1.The drying oven body is made of high quality cold-rolled steel
sheet powder coated which is tuff and rustproof.
2. The chamber is made of high quality stainless steel chamfer
angled which is smooth and very easy to clean.
3. Between the oven body and the chamber its stuffed with high
quality thin glass fiber thermic insulant which has fine heat
insulation feature. So the temperature in the chamber is stable and
accurate without interference from the environment.
4. Its easy to observe the inner samples through the double glass
door (in the front its armoured glass). The double glass door also
has good heat preservation to protect the operator from scald.
5. The heat resistant silicone rubber sealant between the chamber
and the glass door ensures the high vacuum level in the working
chamber.
6. The heater is installed around the outside surface of the
chamber to enhance the temperature uniformity and to serve the
convenience of inner chamber cleaning.
7. The microchip intelligent digital temperature controller has
industrial PID auto-tuning function and *-digits double LED
display. It has the features of high temperature control accuracy,
high anti-interference and easy operation. (Refer to the detailed

Application of the Vacuum Drying Oven
This vacuum drying oven is used for the laboratory and workshop in
the research institutes, colleges, industrial enterprises to dry or
heat treatment. The advantages of drying in the vacuum environment
are as followed:
1) Low temperature is applicable.
2) To avoid oxidation for some heat-sensitive samples.
3) To avoid sterilization with air.
4) Without any dust.
