Product Description

Introduction

Perfume
capping machine, also known as glass bottle perfume capping machine
or perfume capping machine, is a special capping machine specially
designed for perfume bottle caps It is generally customized with
different sizes of locking devices according to the perfume bottle
and bayonet nozzle bottle caps provided by customers. The perfume
capping machine is a clamping closing machine, which is suitable
for closing the spray bottle cap. The cap is closed with a collet
and fastened to the flange of the bottle cap. The whole machine is
composed of machine body, table, clamping device and pneumatic
control system.

Way of working

The working
principle of the mouth rolling machine is to open the hand valve
and connect with the air source. Put the glass bottle with the
nozzle in the binding mouth, step down the pneumatic switch, use
the rising table to make the material bottle stand straight, and at
the same time, the cylinder tightens the binding mouth downward.
After tightening the binding mouth, the cylinder automatically
returns to the original starting point to complete a binding mouth
cycle.
