as binder. They are made bycrushing and screening

,impregnation graphitization and machining. They are
released in the form of electric arcs in an electric arc
furnace，then heating and melting the raw materials
as electrode.GE can be classified into RP, HP and
UHPaccording to different
specification. The
products have the advantages of low resistivity, low ash content,
uniform structure,good
thermal vibration resistance, high mechanical strength, low thermal
expansioncoefficient, precise fit of
electrode
and nipple, etc,which is an
excellent materialsfor
electric steel-making and
