It operates by opening the egg shell, allowing the egg white and egg yolk to flow into the egg liquid tank, while the egg shell is collected in a separate container. The height of the special egg beater can be adjusted to accommodate eggs of different sizes, ensuring that the eggs are fully opened. There are two key functions of this equipment:
