Standard procedure :
Buyer (LC applicant) issuing LOI to Seller
based on agreement. LOI contain : specification and reject, price,
payment term, shipping term (FOB/CFR), etc. It\'s possible to make
a zoom meeting or call conference between Buyer and
Seller.
Seller reply LOI with Full Corporate Offer
(FCO).
Buyer shall approved FCO, signing and
endorse.
Buyer shall send back signed FCO, and submitted
Draft Contract to Seller within 3 days after signing and approved
FCO.
Seller will review Draft Contract. It\'s
possible to make zoom meeting or call conference before Contract
signed.
Seller and Buyer signing Electronic Draft
Contract.
Buyer will appointed CCIC, SGS, or other
Independent Surveyor to do site visit to the Stockpile,
inspection, and coal sampling.
Once everythings approved than agreement must
be notarized.
