I am an authorized direct mandate/agent to a reputable and reliable
Russian Refinery and I hereby write to inform you of available
petroleum products for sale by my End seller Refinery, Title Holder
and Owner of the commodities; including Russian D2, ULSD EN**0,
M**0, JP*4/TS*1, JET FUEL GRADE A1, VIRGIN D6, BASE OIL, CRUDE OIL
REBCO, BITUMEN/NAPHTA ETC. Seller is capable to deliver the
products to any safe world port as may be nominated by the Buyer
with the agreed terms and procedures. The delivery of the products
is strictly based on CIF AND FOB Delivery terms and procedures.
Inquiries are welcomed from direct Buyers and their mandates with
no long broker chains. Your prompt response will be highly
