the Alkaline Production Line 1. Prepare for the no-load operation
commissioning of the equipment. 2. Commissioning steps are as
follows: (1) Adjust the dust controller to ensure the correct
sequence of actions for the electromagnetic pulse valve and the
correct order of dust cleaning units. (2) Check the voltage of the
electromagnetic pulse and the electrical control part (*4V or
**0V). (3) Check if the seals on the equipment are loose or fallen
off. 4) The pressure of the compressed air for spraying should be
kept at 5～7㎏/cm². (5) Check if the motors and mechanical parts on
the equipment are running normally. (6) Check if the screws on the
equipment are tight. (7) Conduct a no-load operation commissioning
of equipment, requiring all parts to run normally. (8) Conduct a
load operation commissioning of the equipment. Require all parts to
run normally and adjust the dust cycle according to the changes in
equipment operation resistance (resistance method or timing
method).
