  LETTER OF INTENT
 
Platinum services  would like to submit a letter of intent to submit to purchase *0,**0 Metric Tones of Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) to your outfit. The purpose of this letter of intent is to summarize our discussions to date and to inform our respective intentions with respect to:
 
1. Platinum Services  intends to request for the purchase of *0,**0  metric tonnes of Automotive Gas Oil ( Gasoil).
 
 
2. Platinum Services will issue sight Letter of credit for purchase of the product from our bank in  Butkina Faso.
 
3. Both Parties  sign and lodge SPA with respective banks.However prior to that, we will need an acceptable  verbiage or draft of your LC.
 
4. Platinum services will  requires commercial invoice, sales and purchase agreement and Proof of product.
 
This document is a letter of intent only. It is not intended to be, and shall not constitute in any way, a binding or legal agreement or impose any legal obligation or duty on either of us.
All details would need to be negotiated and executed through formal sales and purchasing agreement. However, if the foregoing reflects our mutual statement of intention, please acknowledge by signature and return the enclosed copy of this letter
