BSL Casting is a specialist in the supply of premium quality small dimension (1 to ***0 lbs.) domesticly made steel & and high-abrasion resistant iron casting components. We are a solutions provider for our customers. As a matter of fact, we have helped a few customers to convert machined and weldments parts into steel cast parts, resulting in cost-reduction, standardized mechanical properties and a better-adapted design of the part vs customers requirements. Moreover, the know-how and experience of our staff enable us to issue appropriate recommendations to optimize the foundry aspect in the design of the part. Also, we support them in the selection of the right alloy in-line with the targeted mechanical properties. Main listing of alloys we pour in our foundry: All stainless steel grades; All heat-resistant steel grades; All low-alloy steel grades; All carbon steel grades; Manganese steel; Specialized steel alloys; Specialized iron : White iron / Ni-Hard / Ni-Resist / Ductile Ni-Resist Our foundry is equipped with a spectrograph, a mechanical test unit and with heat treatment and quenching facility. We proceed in-house to almost all types of inspections and tests except for X-ray inspection and impact tests that are sub-contracted to competent suppliers.
