DOS Group, situated in Germiston, Gauteng Province, South Africa. The manufacturing consists of Toolmaking, Steel press Shop, DC Electrical Motors and the Injection Moulding Factory. The innovations are combined to introduce new products and opportunities in the Security, Mining and Automotive Industry. The Factory area covers 2 **0 m2 on the East Rand in Germiston and employs *5 permanent staff members and has a capability to manufacture and develop new products economically and promptly. In conjunction with our partnerships we manufacture and supply for the Durban based Factory body armour. All our Ballistics are manufacture in a ISO rated Factory and manufactured according to NIJ level 6 for export supply and NIJ level 4 for the local market. Other by products we supply is Anti Riot Equipment and non-lethal self-defence products. DOS Group is a major manufacturer of products for the Security and Safety Industry in Southern Africa, with a wide range of products like handcuffs, batons, web belts, riot control gear, safety harnesses and accessories as well as pepper spray products. The Printing Shop produces the requirements for the industry like OB books, Firearm Permit books, Log books, Pocket books or any other printing requirements or customizations. The manufacturing of a range of DC Permanent magnet motors range from 6, *2, or *4 Volts, geared and direct drives for the supply to the Automotive Industry as well as general applications. These general applications includes Gas Alarms which combine a DC motor and pepper spray. Imported products to compliment our security range includes hand held and walk-through metal detectors, torches and stun guns.
