Understanding the importance of your quality requirements and that of the medical device industry,Disposafeoffers medical moulding, assembly, packaging and distribution in dedicated ISO Class 7 (*0K) and ISO Class 8 (**0K) clean rooms. The Injection Moulding section comprises of Clean Room Moulding capability, All Electric Injection Moulding Machines from Japanese manufacturers.

Our Quality Management Systems are certified to ISO ***1:***8, WHO GMP and International Standard ISO ****5 Medical Devices, our products are CE-certified.

We are currently having an installed capacity of more than **0 Million Medical Devices per annum. We are India largest, installed manufacturing facility to produce IV Catheter/ Cannulas under one roof.
