The Company:
General Trading Concept d.o.o was established in ***8, what started as a family business with a
very modest beginning, we have now evolved into one of the leading suppliers of Bosnian wood
worldwide. Situated in the heart of Bosnia, in Brestovsko Kisiljak, *5 Km from Sarajevo, we are
ideally placed to take maximum advantage of our proximity to some of the best forests in the world.
About Us
We are specialized in processing and value addition of both hardwoods and softwoods. Our
factories are located in Bosnia: Bilalovac and Konjic, with Marketing and Sales offices in UAE and
Sarejevo.
Wood Concept is the brand name of our products produced by our different processing facilities in
Bosnia.
*0% of Bosnia, 2.7 million hectares, is covered by forests that have the finest quality of wood in
Europe. It is famous worldwide for its timbers such as Beech, Ash, Oak, Pine and White wood.
We have the advantage of being located in the middle of these very forests and have direct access
to the best materials. Therefore, we are able to offer the best price for the best quality available.
Our saw mills have the highest overall capacity in Bosnia. Since ***8, the perfect union between
specialization and quality control management has made our factories one of the most productive
timber manufacturers in the Balkan Peninsula Europe.
Our products are exported across the globe, the main markets being Europe, Middle East, North
Africa and China. We provide our wood according to European standards and work with modern
and hi‐tech machines which preserve the quality of the timber throughout all of the stages of
processing. We are fully committed to environmental protection and all our systems are geared
towards this.

‐ Four sides clear, maximum *0% three sides clear.
‐ Lengths from 0,3m up to 3,5m.
‐ Widths: 8+cm for lengths 0,3 2,0m;
*0+cm for lengths >2,1m.
‐ Maximum *0% healthy knot up to *0mm diametar and small, light discoloration.
‐ 1% bending on length.
AB Prime class former B class
‐ Three sides clear, maximum *0% smaller defects on both faces.
‐ Lengths from 0,3m up to 3,5m.
‐ Widths: 8+cm for lengths 0,3 2,0m;
*0+cm for lengths >2,1m.
‐ Better face up to 5% small discoloration.
‐ Weaker face discoloration, healthy knot up to *0mm diametar on 1 running meter.
‐ 2% bending on length.
AB Common class former AB class for Arabic market
‐ One face clear, maximum *0% both faces defects
‐ Lengths from 0,3m up to 3,5m
‐ Widths: 8+cm for lengths 0,3 2,0m
*0+cm for lengths >2,1m
‐ Better face discoloration,
‐ Weaker face discoloration, healthy and black knots up to *0 mm diameter, maximum
2 pieces on 1 runing meter.
‐ No rotten knots.
‐ Uncracked redhart up to *0% on length.
‐ 2% bending on length.
‐ For lengths over 2,1m one healthy knot diametar up to *5mm is allowed on better face.
