 G.I. Tech. Co., Ltd. was established in 1990, and provides manufacturing and repair services for core parts used in the coating processes of various industries‚¬ such as secondary batteries and displays based upon ultra-precision processing technology.
 In addition, G.I. Tech. is conducting a customized Converting Machinery Total Solution business that can realize customer value based on its understanding of the manufacturing technology of roll-to-roll equipment and of the manufacturing processes of each industry.
 G.I. Tech. has embarked on the development of an innovative dry-electrode process for a technological transition in 2022, and is speeding up the development through an MOU agreement with GRINERGY, a LTO battery manufacturer.
 G.I. Techs slot die can be manufactured with a maximum coating width of 2,300mm according to customers requirements, and ultra-precision processing is possible with a flatness of 3-5µm and a straightness of less than 5µm.
 Slot-die coating has the advantage of being able to secure high-precision coating, pattern coating, and smooth and consistent coating surfaces.
 It is possible to set coating thickness from 0.1 to 2,000µm (wet) and coating speed from 0.5 to 200m/min. Furthermore, coating-efficiency can be improved by adding various options such as surface coating and control valve.
