Haiyu Textile Technology Group (Xinjiang) Co.,
Ltd. was established on May 1, ***2, located at No. *6 Textile
Avenue, Aksu Textile Industrial City (Development Zone), Aksu City,
Xinjiang Province, P.R.China, covering an area of about **0,**0 m2,
with a planned total construction area of about **0,**0 m2. Now we
have three factory buildings, staff dormitories, and *5,**0 m2 of
office buildings.
Our company currently has *4 loading machines,
**6 sets water jet looms, a daily production line of **0,**0 meters
of printed and dyed fabrics, and an annual production line of
**0,**0 pieces (sets) of household textiles. We have more than **0
employees.
Project production process
flow:
The production process is divided into four
major processes: balling, weaving, printing and dyeing, and
finished product production.
The stretch and deformation process uses POY
(polyester yarn) as raw material, which is stretched and deformed
by a stretch machine to transform POY into physically stable
stretch and deformation yarn (DTY) that can be directly used for
weaving.
The weaving process involves using a water jet
loom to weave polyester yarn that has been elastic into polyester
fabric.
The printing and dyeing process involves
grinding polyester fabric and dyeing or printing it into polyester
colored fabric or polyester printed fabric.
The production process of finished products
involves sewing polyester colored fabric or polyester printed
fabric into bedding (bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, quilts,
etc.).
