1, Brown fused
alumina
otherwise known as brown fused aluminum oxide
(Al2O3), through an electric arc furnace process. Our brown fused
aluminum oxide is made into many shapes and grit sizes ranging from
macrogrits to microgrits and powders. Brown fused aluminum oxide is
a tough, hard material (Mohs hardness 9) with high strength,
excellent wear and corrosion resistance and good thermal
conductivity.
it is widely used as a raw material in
refractories, ceramics shapes, grinding wheels, sandpaper, blasting
media, metal preparation, laminates, coatings, lapping, polishing,
grinding and hundreds of other applications.

2,White fused
alumina
It is also called white fused aluminum oxide
.
Fused alumina is widely used as a raw material
in refractories, ceramics shapes, grinding wheels, sandpaper,
blasting media, metal preparation, laminates, coatings, lapping,
polishing, grinding and hundreds of other
applications.

are available in standard grit and powder sizes and they can also
be made to individual specifications.
3, Mullite
Mullite is a good, low cost refractory ceramic
with a nominal composition of 3Al2O3•2SiO2. The raw materials for
mullite are easily obtainable and are reasonably priced. It has
excellent high temperature properties with improved thermal shock
and thermal stress resistance owing to the low thermal expansion,
good strength and interlocking grain structure.

4,Magnesium Aluminum,
Spinel
Magnesium aluminate spinel is a highly
refractory material, with a melting point of
***5℃.
Table 1 shows a comparison of the density, thermal expansion
coefficient and thermal conductivity of the end-members (MgO,
Al2O3) compared to the spinel phase. The differences between these
phases in thermal expansion are responsible, in part, for the
superior thermal shock resistance of spinel. The decrease in
density, respectively increase in specific volume as spinel forms
from the end-members needs to be considered for technical
applications, e.g. in castables, where spinel is formed in-situ
from MgO and Al2O3 components. These effects and their influence on
performance will be discussed in more detail in a later
section.
Spinel additions remarkably increase the
performance of alumina refractories and contribute to more cost
effective lining concepts. Typical spinel applications are steel
ladle linings, impact pads, purging cones and well blocks, nozzles,
wears and dams, lances, and slide gates.
5,Kaolin
We supply high quality Kaolin ,processed in an

sophisticated laboratory for stringent quality control. Kaolin is
available in various sizes and grades to match the several
requirements of the clients. Perfect for different industrial

6, Calcium aluminate (Premelted calcium
aluminates residue)
It is mainly used for separating the impurity
elements such as sulfur and oxygen in ladle refining of LF furnace,
open hearth furnace and the converter furnace, and it can reduce
the content of harmful elements and impurities, which is applicable
for general carbon steel, high carbon steel, high and low alloy
steel. Its applications have already been mature in some foreign
countries, such as South Korea, Japan, the United States and the
developed European countries.
Over the years, our Company has been engaged in
the research and development of Calcium aluminate. In recent years,
based on technical support of Luoyang Institute of Refractories,
referring to various formulations of different manufacturers at
home and abroad, and adopting a variety of comments and suggestions
of the users, our factory has made impressive performances in the
whole production process from smelting, manufacturing to using of
the fused calcium aluminate.
Calcium aluminate of our company takes
the advantages of uniform chemical compositions, low melting point,
high melting speed, and short smelting time. And it has no fluoride
and doesn’t erode furnace lining and ladle, and it is compact,
non-absorbent, and easy to storage as well. As Calcium aluminate
has stable phase and fast dust-reducing speed, we can reduce the
pollution of steel mill and make the refining technique mature.
Without other impurities such as hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon, it can
help to improve the quality of steel. Tested by the users, the
stability of our Calcium aluminate products is long-tested, and it
avoids many instable phenomena brought by the middle and lower end
products such as sintering materials, and cupola furnace
products.
In addition, we can organize mass production
according to the different chemical composition requirements of the
customers and keep confidential for them.
Usage of the calcium
aluminate:
1)If deoxidation is the main process, you shall
add it to the capsule bottom directly before tapping. The amount of
adding depends on the carbon content in the molten steel, and is
generally allocated with steel of **6kg/***0kg. One quarter before
tapping, you shall add ferromanganese, ferrosilicon and aluminum
with the general amount. After tapping, you shall add manganese,
ferrosilicon with general amount to the carbon steel, without
adding any other alloys and aluminum feed line, and the steel ladle
only needs to be refined by Argon blowing process. If you use the
product to deoxidize, the increasing carbon agent (SiC) can be
reduced by ****0% in volume.
2) If desulfurization is the main process, you
shall add it to the capsule bottom with one-third of usage, but it
must be at the capsule bottom of the steel pounding. With the
outflow of molten steel, you shall add two-thirds of it. And the
steel usage of **8kg/***0kg is depended on the original sulfur
content in steel and the using results.
