The Company

Having as a starting point our love for olive oil and the Greek land along with the tradition and passion of four generations, we strongly believe that it is our duty to disseminate the knowledge, the expertise and our passion for the production of excellent quality olive oil.

J.C.W. was founded in respect to healthy nutrition and was based on the highest quality, credibility and tradition standards. The olive plants are cultivated in fertile soil which is rich in calcium and nitrogen. This results in the production of olive oil with a well-balanced and fruity taste, low acidity and an essence of freshly - cut grass that derives from the rich surrounding vegetation of ragweed and sorrel. In that way, we ensure fresh and healthy "Koroneiki" variety olives of perfect quality from the regions of Crete and Peloponnesus.

We carry on the tradition of our ancestors with the same passion that characterized them. We make use of their expertise and combine it with the use of modern means and materials in order to offer olive oil as pure and well-preserved as exists, the same olive oil that has fed numerous generations in the past. Besides, the beneficial attributes and the high nutritional value substances, of the Greek olive oil is what classify it as top quality product on a global scale.

Our olive oil is produced in modern olive presses equipped with centrifuge and cold elision type machinery. The entirety of the equipment and facilities abide by international standards and are fully complied with ISO, TUV Austria and HACCP quality systems. Thus, we ensure perfect production and bottling conditions with respect to the consumers' hygiene and safety.

At the same time, our environmental awareness leads us to invest in model units of standardization and in recyclable paper packaging. Furthermore, all the residues of the production process are used as recyclable sources of energy.

In addition, we offer guidance to our producers through good cultivation practice in all stages of the production. This results into achieving the best possible production along with the greatest possible quality.
