"Khlib-export" is a Subsidiary of the State Joint-Stock Company "Khlib Ukrainy" specializing in grain export. The company has been operating in the Ukrainian market since ***2. In ***8 by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the company was commissioned to operate as a national trader in the international grain market. This governmental program was developed to carry out a public policy of purchasing price control, observance of antimonopoly law and support of domestic producers in the grain market of Ukraine. Thus, for its fulfillment *4 enterprises belonging to the State JSC "Khlib Ukrainy" have been subordinated to a subsidiary of the State JSC "Khlib Ukrainy" "Khlib-export" for complete work cycle arrangement: purchase of grain from farmers, its storage at inland silos, organization of delivery by motor and railway transport, freight forwarding, transshipment, customs clearance at Odessa Port Silo, sale of the goods on FOB or CFR terms. The Company has two offices: Kiev and Odessa. Kiev Office is engaged in the goods purchase arrangement and freight forwarding to Odessa Port Silo and Odessa Office deals with customs clearing and shipment of the goods for export. We have factory to produce any kind of Animal feed. We produce animal feed by any customer specification. We supply all kind of graine, origin Ukraine.
