Modi Industries Limited commenced its business by the name of Modi Sugar Mills Limited which was promoted in the year ***2 and subsequently changed its name to Modi Industries Limited (MIL) on *7Th January, ***4. Over the years, MIL grew into a multi-unit company. At present the MIL consists of nine manufacturing units namely Modi Vanaspati Mfg.
