Pro Performance Sports, LLC Pro Performance Sports [PPS] manufactures, sources, distributes and markets innovative high performance sports products and trainers. The company has developed a core competency in transforming solid product concepts into commercially successful consumer sporting goods products. The Company Pro Performance Sports, LLC was founded in March of ***2. The initial mission of the company was to expand the market penetration of the increasingly popular batting trainer, Hit-A-Way. In ***2 and ***3 our use of direct response TV advertising made Hit-A-Way practically a household name among sports enthusiasts in the United States. TV advertising also alerted sporting good inventors that we were a viable Licensee, and thus from the early going we have received weekly product submissions from inventors representing most sport categories. Today the company has commercialized or is about to commercialize products in the baseball, softball, soccer, football, golf, hockey, racquet sport and sport-toy market categories. PPS has succeeded in selling products direct to consumer and through a variety of retail channels including mass merchants, sporting good retailers, specialty retailers and e-retailers. PPS has multi-year endorsements from some of the biggest and most marketable names in sports (in order of signing on with PPS) Reggie Jackson, Leah Amico-O'Brien, Maria Sharapova, Joe Montana, Andy Roddick and Derek Jeter. We have secured an endorsement from both the Men's and Women's National Soccer Players Association, giving us endorsement access to the biggest names in US Soccer.
