Macro-E provided the industrial automation (process integration) solutions for many years in China. This give a way for MES and ERP systems accessing production data stored into the SQL, and the real-time production information can be shared to higher management level with very high efficiency. As a proprietary technology developed by Macro-E, the counter-currency extraction plant integrates the material feed, extraction, filtration, concentration, solvent recovery, drying, discharging and automatic control blocks in a suite. The plant has been applied into the production of stevia extracts for several years.
