runner with entire CNC machining in China for high head hydropower
plants around the world. On the side of the renovation regards to
the efficiency and output, the most advanced analysis technologies
(e.g. CFD, FEA etc.) are applied to support the further
manufacturing, meanwhile, the weakness area can be defined and
strengthened up by the new design to guarantee a long service life.
The material applied on runner is processed by VOD (Vacuum Oxygen
Decarburization) or AOD (Argon Oxygen Decarburization), which
analyzed by CAE computer simulation in advance and guaranteed by
mold optic detection before the pouring.

areas of design, material, casting, CNC machining, fabrication and
equipped with the advanced testing devices (e.g. UT, MT, RT, PT
etc.) and CNC machines (e.g. horizontal & vertical CNC lathe,
CNC milling, drilling, electrode wire cutting, welding machines
etc.). All the contracts are activated under the monitoring of
QC/QT system with strict management to guarantee every hydraulic
turbine and runner will have a perfect performance in the owners’
plant.
