In ***4, our company has started production. Our factory which has a ****0 sqm closed area facility is located in Hadimkoy, Istanbul that currently operates with six automatic press lines with ****0 ton/month annual aluminum extrusion capacity. We have a new factory under construction with a *0.**0 sqm closed area of **0.**0 sqm land. Today, Sistem Aluminyum became a fully integrated plant having the facilities starting from die production, extrusion, powder-coating, anodizing and some final machining applications under one roof. Our die production unit supports our extrusion unit with its CNC centers, modern equipment and qualified staff. Die production of special customer profiles are also done at this unit with high tech equipments. Sistem Aluminyum is continuously growing its strength in the market with a product range over *0.**0 dies. In accordance with customer drawing profile production, this number keeps increasing each day. Our powder coating line has a capacity of ***0 tons/year. In addition to the standard RAL colors, customized colours are also supplied. With the commissioning of new powder coating line in Corlu, profiles which are ***0 mm length, will be process. In addition to the our anodizing line which is installed in ***6, our annual anodizing line capacity will reach to *8.**0 ton with the commissioning the new anodizing line in Corlu. Also, customized colors are supplied. Our transfer coating department, which was founded in ***0 can work special colors and patterns. Thanks to our new Mechanical Processing Unit, founded in ***0, we are able to meet the customer demands for a variety of mechanical applications such as drilling, countersink drilling, various CNC machining processes, precision cutting and angle cutting etc. Our firm which is allocating most of its capacity for export market, is also serving to serve in domestic market with the same quality. By the means of inhouse R&D, design department, technical knowhow, Sistem Aluminyum developed Alutech System Series. These series include window and door insulated series, noninsulated series, sliding, skylight, steel reinforced facade, composite panel carrier, rock facade carrier. Alutech systems are produced according to European norms (EN quality) and can be used with related accessories. Due to our management policies and the importance of customer satisfaction, we give special service by optimum profile designs, easy mounting details and shorter delivery times. Also, ALUTECHBOND Aluminum Composite Panels, which became indispensable element of the facades, are produced in our plants. We have metallic color, matte color and patterned color options for the facade and the interior facade applications. ALUTECHBOND resists minus *0 C to plus *0 C weather conditions. We are ready to provide optimum solutions with 2.**0.**0 sqm annual production capacity. ALUTECHBOND is guaranteed by SISTEM ALUMINYUM SAN. VE TIC A.S. and our warranty period is *0 years. Our plant, has CE, TSE, EN, Gost-R, Qualicoat for powder coating, Qualanod for anodising. In addition ISO ***1:***8, ISO ****1:***4, OHSAS ****1:***7 and ISO/IEC ****1 ISMS as well as other documentation with our plant. Also SISTEM ALUMINYUM SAN. VE TIC. A.S. confirms that our profiles include heavy metals within legal limits which is suitable with REACH and ROHS.
