contain the good foods; the bag or box being made of a tough substance, usually cellulose, which cannot
be digested easily. Where Spirulina is different, is that the covering of its single cell is not cellulose but a
thin membrane made of complex sugars which dissolve instantly in the digestive juices of the stomach.
