Functions of main machines.

potato washing & peeling machine: used to clean and peel the skin of potatos, energy conserving and high efficiency.

potato slicing machine: could slice the potatos to both slices and bar shape, besides the thickness could be adjustes according to your preference.

Blanching machine: this is used for washing the potato chips, making them look more attractive.

Dehydrator: finish the dehydration with centrifugal force, saving the time of frying and make the products more delicious

Frying machine:this is water & oil mixture frying machine,after the operation is finished, you just need to release the water, at the same the residue will flow outside together with the water, greatly increasing the oil's using recycle.

De-oiling machine:reduce the oil content of potato chips, make preparation for flavouring.

Flavor machine: adopting spray method, making seasoning even and potato chips not easy to break.

Vacuum and nitrogen packing machine: inflate the nitrogen into bag while making packaging. This could prevent the potato chips from being broken and extend the shelf life. Could finish inflation, packaging and printing one time
